The latest scheme, comprising the transmission cable connection to Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm represents the seventh such project that Transmission Capital Partners has been appointed to, as preferred bidder.

The project includes the transmission cable and offshore substation platform connection to the 402MW offshore wind farm located 32km off the coast of Cromer in North Norfolk.

This project adds to the six projects (Robin Rigg, Gunfleet Sands, Barrow, Ormonde, Lincs and Westermost Rough) that Transmission Capital Partners already manages. The total capital value for the six projects is in excess of £800m.

Transmission Capital Partners procures, owns and operates to the highest standards transmission assets that are licensed through the new offshore transmission regulatory arrangements that have been put in place by the UK government and Ofgem (“OFTOs”).

Transmission Capital Partners is fully compliant with all European legislation on unbundling of transmission from generation.
