As per the agreed terms, the company will supply PV modules with a total capacity of around 220MW.
These modules will be employed for five PV power plants, developed by CPI in Hebei Province and Qinghai Province in China.
The delivery of the modules is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2013.
Commenting on the deal, Yingli Green Energy chairman and chief executive officer Liansheng Miao said that the company had earlier delivered 110MW modules to Huanghe Hydropower, a subsidiary of CPI.
"The enhanced cooperation fully illustrates our partner’s recognition of our brand, product quality and services.
"By leveraging our increasingly broad domestic sales and service networks, we look forward to further solidifying our leadership position and expanding our market share in China," added Miao.
