Contractors have been called to prequalify for two packages of works related to the Hassan dam in the Republic of Yemen.
Deadline for submissions is 30 March.
The two packages to be tendered are Hassan dam and appurtenant works, and the works in the Wadi Hassan, respectively.
The Hassan scheme is being developed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, which has received a loan from the Abu Dhabi Fund towards the infrastructure project.
The loans will be used to pay for the work done by contractors on the two packages, and helped launch the prequalification process.
