Xunlight’s modules will be deployed on the rooftops of facilities located in Pezinok, Slovakia and Spilimbergo, Italy.
The company has supplied 360 of its lightweight, flexible XR36 291W photovoltaic modules for each of these 104kW installations.
The modules were assembled in Xunlight’s Kunshan, China, facility using triple-junction thin film solar cells manufactured in the US in its 25MW roll-to-roll solar cell production line located in Toledo, Ohio.
Xunlight recently completed a 220kW demonstration project utilizing its flexible solar panels in partnership with Trina Solar.
Xunlight is engaged in the design, development and manufacture of flexible and lightweight thin-film silicon solar modules.
