Ms Broadbent has been a director of the company since 1998. She was most recently the chair of the company’s human resources and compensation committee, and was also a member of the audit and risk, and nominations committees.
Michael Chaney, Woodside’s chairman, said: Jillian has served Woodside with distinction during her 10 years on the board, and has been involved in a number of significant company decisions over the period.
