Energy services firm John Wood Group has completed the acquisition of Canadian engineering, procurement and construction management services company IMV Corporation.
The acquisition was announced on November 16, 2007. IMV, which is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, has operations in Canada and the Middle East.
The company’s core expertise is in engineering and construction management and the company provides services for conventional and in-situ steam-assisted heavy oil developments, including steam-assisted gravity drainage, cyclic steam stimulation and vapor extraction.
