White Tiger is a Canada-based mining and exploration company with interest in mineral resources of the Russian Federation.
Savkino and Nasedkino projects in Russia are awaiting the second tranche of the $40m senior secured term loan facility with VTB Capital.
The advance will be disbursed to the company on certain criteria being fulfilled including filing a National Instrument (NI) 43-101 technical report on the Nasedkino project.
The technical report is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2012.
White Tiger will continue to look for financing alternatives for its Russian assets and is expected to reach a conclusion soon.
