Spread over 246,643 hectares, the Preston property is in proximity to Fission Uranium’s Patterson Lake South uranium discovery and NexGen Energy’s recent Arrow discovery on the Rook-1 project.

Peridot Geoscience has been selected by the syndicate to complete an advanced analysis on the airborne geophysical datasets at the property.

The analysis has identified high-priority targets at the property as well as other new target areas.

Drill testing is being planned of the various target areas, including drilling at undrilled targets which can be accessed when freeze-up occurs later this year.

Over the last fifteen months, the syndicate has conducted one of the largest regional exploration programs in the relatively underexplored western side of the Athabasca Basin.

The Western Athabasca Syndicate is a partnership formed between Skyharbour, Athabasca Nuclear, Lucky Strike and Noka.

It aims to explore and develop 287,130 hectares of uranium properties along the prospective margin of the Western Athabasca Basin.
