Shree Saibaba sugar factory technical director Adinath Sangwe said the experience of WAAREE Energies with regard to in-time execution of MW solar PV projects has given us immense confidence in them.
"This power plant will be one of its kind in Maharashtra, and will provide the much needed momentum for grid base solar power in Maharashtra," Sangwe added.
"This is the first step in the state towards solar power."
WAAREE Group chairman Hitesh Doshi said the contract represents an important milestone for the company.
"Apart from EPC and EPCM services, we assure our customers of very high quality of overall work," Doshi added.
The amount of the contract and the time period for the construction was not disclosed.
India based WAAREE Energies manufactures solar PV panels and designs, erects, commissions and provides technical and maintenance support to a wide variety of solar products, systems and EPC.
