Voith Hydro has received two contracts worth €40m ($56.3m) to supply equipment for two hydro power projects in China.
The company received the first contract from Da Tang YanTan Hydro Power Co to supply generators for two 340MW units for extension of its hydro power plant.
The plant is located in at the Hongshui River in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
The company also secured a contract from Huanghe Hydro to supply three Francis turbines of 400MW each for its Yang Qu hydro power plant being constructed on the Yellow River.
Voith will install a total of 1,880MW of new power generation capacity at both the facilities.
