Vitol Midstream will construct the new storage terminal and unloading stations at the recently acquired 90-acre area in in Midland County.
The Vitol Midstream site will be connected by pipeline to the major crude oil terminals in Midland.
The initial phase will include development of one million barrels of crude oil storage with six truck unloading stations.
BKEP will coordinate and supervise the engineering and construction stages of the design for Vitol Midstream.
Both the firms have also entered into an agreement by which BKEP will operate and maintain the new facility and all connecting pipelines.
