Jingemia-12 is being drilled as a directional well to intersect the oil-bearing Dongara sandstone in a crestal location in the Jingemia oil field.
The well has a planned measured total depth of 2,709 meters and is expected to take around 25 days to drill, case and complete.
Victoria Petroleum, through its wholly owned subsidiary Victoria Petroleum Offshore Pty Ltd, holds a 5% interest in Jingemia-12 and production license L14.
