Victoria Oil & Gas is currently assessing the best course of action for a further appeal in Kazakhstan.
The company still has the option of progressing its claim for damages for breach of contract against Olga Elefteriadi in the UK courts. The company has already obtained a judgement against her. Further information will be provided in due course.
Commenting on the decision, Kevin Foo, chairman of Victoria Oil & Gas, said, Once again the lower court in Kazakhstan has ignored our claim, even with the support of the office of the General Prosecutor. We will continue the fight until our rightful title to the Kemerkol field has been restored.
