Puget Sound to get 83 V80s
Vestas Wind Systems has won an order for 83, 1.8 MW V80 turbines from Puget Sound Energy Inc to be installed at the Hopkins Ridge Wind Facility in Columbia County in Washington in the northwestern US. Delivery will begin in August with the commissioning date set for December, 2005. The value of the contract has not been disclosed.
