The company will deliver of 22 units of the V90-2MW wind turbine for the project.
Vestas will supply, install and commission the turbines, and the contract also includes a VestasOnline Business SCADA system and a five-year service agreement.
Vestas Northern Europe president Klaus Mortensen said that the V90-2MW turbine model is designed for low and medium wind speeds, which is perfect for the area of Tween Bridge Moor.
Delivery of the wind turbines is expected to be completed in February 2012.
