The wind power facility is located in the Limari province and will employ 30 V90-2.0MW and 15 V100-2.0MW turbines.
Scope of the contract includes supply, installation, civil and electrical works along with a three-year service and maintenance agreement under the active output management mode.
The project is expected to be commissioned by the end of March 2013.
The two companies had earlier signed a contract for the Valle de los Vientos project in Chile.
