Under the €11.3m contract, Veolia Africa will support improving the management of facilities and efficiency of the energy distribution network.
The scope of work under the contract will focus on customer relationship management, technical performance, planning – operations and maintenance of installations, financial stewardship, human resources management, procurement and inventory management.
The contract is part of the Guinea Conakry Government’s modernization plan, which was launched in 2012, to improve electricity market.
