Under the contract, Van Oord will install 32 monopiles and transition piece foundations, supply and install the scour protection.
The scope of work under the deal also includes logistics support between the fabrication ports in Germany, Denmark, the UK and the offshore wind farm.
The company plans to commence installation works during the summer of 2016.
Located 8km off the coast in Liverpool Bay, the wind farm features 32 Vestas wind turbines, each with a capacity of 8MW, to produce electricity to serve over 180,000 UK homes.
Dong Energy senior project director Klaus Skoust Moller said: "This is the last of our main contracts to be signed which reflects that the project is progressing in accordance with the plan."
The project is an extension to the existing Burbo Bank offshore wind farm. The extension is planned to be commissioned in 2017.
