The contract was agreed in Kuala Lumpur with Tenaga Nasional Berhad for the electrical and mechanical rehabilitation of the Jor (4 x 27MW Pelton), Woh (3 x 55MW Francis) and Habu (2 x 2.5MW Francis) hydro stations as well as minor repairs to two smaller plants.

The plants are to be fitted with the VSHyCon Excellent CS7 control system, which integrates all control functions from sensors and actuators to central plant control level.

According to Voith, this will allow the rehabilitated stations to operate locally and from a central control room at Jor.
