William Kozik is the new executive of Benzina, Czeslaw Bugaj is the new executive of Unipetrol RPA and Jaroslaw Serba is the new executive of Unipetrol Services.
Mr Kozik has held the position of PKN Orlen’s executive director for retail since February 2007. Between 2005 and January 2007, Mr Kozik held the position of PKN Orlen’s executive director for retail in Poland.
Mr Serba has worked at the PKN Orlen Group since 2006. Currently, he is the chairman of the board of directors of Orlen Ksiegowosc (the shared financial services center for the PKN Orlen Group).
Mr Bugaj has held the position of the deputy CEO for production at PKN Orlen since 2007. He is also a member of the supervisory board of Unipetrol. Since 1970 he has been working at PKN Orlen where he has held various positions.
