The facility will have a capacity to produce 30 million liters of biodiesel.
The move is part of the company’s aim to reach a target of 500 stations by the end of 2014.
TWA chief operating officer Noel Soriano was quoted by Business World Online as saying that they have more than 350 stations as of date.
"We want to reach 400 stations by the end of this year… and if everything goes as planned, we hope to reach 500 by end of next year," Soriano added.
"We plan to open in Northern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, but more pronounced in the Visayas area for this year."
TWA operations manager Tanya Samillano said TWA also plans to build a coco-methyl ester plant in the Visayas that will have the same 30-million-liter annual capacity of the existing facility in Davao City.
The new plant is expected to cost around PHP40m ($1.3m).
