The PC14 280w modules that are designed for large-scale ground mounted arrays will be installed by Amesco at eight of its solar farms across South England.

These modules are specially designed to optimize the balance of system costs for ground-mounted arrays and will deliver high power output even in low-light conditions.

Trina will deliver the panels in two phases – with 30MW modules due by April 2013 wherein the second phase increases the deployment to 55MW at a later date.

Commenting on the developered Anesco CEO Adrian Pike remarked that the company offered some of the best solar panels available and a product portfolio that was constantly expanding.

"Trina Solar is also committed to our delivery programme, and has good UK coverage and a strong balance sheet. We look forward to successfully working with them on our substantial solar pipeline," said Pike.
