A 1.2MW hydroelectric generator has been put into trial operation at Uljanovsk mini hydro project in the Republic of Dagestan, Russia.
Representatives from Energostroy Ltd and JSC Regional Power Generation Company of Dagestan performed the test on the first unit – with specialists currently performing the works for a trial test of a second unit.
Construction of the hydro plant began in September this year. The plant is built at an existing water-purification system.
