Trans-Asia President Francisco Viray said “We are looking at all opportunities. We will participate in the San Roque, Bakun and Benguet IPPA contracts,” he said.
The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM), will put the hydropower plants contracts for bidding in early November 2009.
