The deployment of the TIO services is expected to be substantially complete by the end of 2007. TIO’s self-service program will also be available to ExxonMobil’s franchise dealers and distributors, which will be able to purchase E-Wiz systems and derive recurring revenues from consumer-driven transaction fees.
