Parrish contributes major industry, legal and financial expertise as a member of company’s executive team. He works closely with the Tesoro’s finance and financial reporting teams on all matters related to the company’s capital structure and securities act reporting. Additionally, Parrish gives precious counsel to the Tesoro’s management and board on corporate governance issues.
Before joining the company, he served in private practice with law firms in Houston and San Antonio, mainly representing commercial lenders with loan transactions, workouts and real estate matters.
Parrish earned bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia and his juris doctor from the University of Houston Law School. He is a affiliate of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.
