EPG is specialized in plant modifications. Combined with Technip’s recognized expertise in project management and technologies, the acquisition is expected to broaden the range of services offered to the clients of Technip and EPG, which will be renamed Technip-EPG.
Technip has been active in Benelux for more than 40 years with three offices in the onshore segment in the Netherlands and Belgium. When the acquisition becomes effective, Technip’s total staff in the Benelux region will exceed 500 people.
