The field is an extension of the White Rose field, which is situated in the Jeanne d’Arc Basin about 350km southeast of St. John’s in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
Husky Oil awarded two contracts together valued at between €100m and €250m.
Under the first contract, Technip will supply and install gas injection flowlines, umbilicals and subsea structures. The contract will be executed in 2013.
Technip, under the second contract, will supply and install flowlines and subsea structures to support oil production and water injection. The contract will be carried out in 2014.
The company’s operating center in St. John’s will carry out the management and engineering of both projects.
