The substation located in the city of Uvarovo holds a capacity of 42MVA.
Currently, fourteen 110kV oil circuit breakers, nine oil switches 35kV have been repaired.
In addition, oil-drip facilities for oil-filled equipment, cable channels, reinforced concrete and metal structures, lighting and fencing of the substation have been repaired.
The repair of bus sections of110, 35, 10, 6kV has been completed and the building of the indoor switchgear 6, 10kV, battery room, relay room has been renovated.
Surge arresters of 110, 35, 10, 6kV have been replaced in order to improve reliability of the substation equipment.
Furthermore, electric arc protection are installed in 6, 10kV bays and ventilation motors of the substation power transformers have been replaced.
IDGC of Center chief engineer Alexander Zamotay said all these measures will reduce the probability of emergency situations and failures of the substation equipment.
