Under the terms of the agreement, Takara will issue 47,400,000 common shares as well as pay $74,000 in cash to Duckhorn Capital to acquire the claims.
Takara will also advance $10,000 for a 43-101 compliant geological report, as part of the agreement, which is subject to approvals.
The 19,180h claims are located in the uranium-prolific Beaverlodge district near Uranium city in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Takara Resources sold its project in Guyana, South America while the management is currently considering new project opportunities.
