Sunvalley Solar intends to starts the installation for the 405.375kW solar system in late December of this year.

This system, to be located in Long Beach, consists of Tianwei New Energy’s high efficiency solar panels and solar inverters from PV Powered.

Upon completion, the solar power system is expected to deliver 577,140kWh of electricity annually to reduce CO2 emissions by nearly 384 tons annually.

The emissions reduction is equivalent to eliminating the use of 46,555 gallons of gasoline and avoiding 19 million pounds of green house gas emissions over the lifetime of the system.

Sunvalley Solar CEO James Zhang said the All Fortune Group contract follows the company’s earlier contract for 336kW system signed in June 2011.

The solar system is supported by solar incentive rebates from the local utility company and Federal Tax Cash Grants from the Federal Treasury Department.
