SunEdison, a provider of solar energy services, has named David Buzby as its non-executive, independent chairman and Gerald Luterman as an independent outside director.
Mr Luterman was executive vice president and CFO of KeySpan, a gas distribution and integrated energy company in the US. Mr Buzby, who is a founding investor and has served on SunEdison’s board since 2003, has been involved in investing in and operating businesses since 1988.
