First Solar plans to deliver the modules during the period between 2017 and 2018.
Strata intends to install the modules in a series of solar projects in the southern and eastern US.
So far, the company has purchased over 1,000MW of First Solar modules.
First Solar US president Georges Antoun said: "This deal shows confidence in the continued strength of the utility-scale solar market in the US.
"We are excited by Strata’s ongoing commitment to First Solar as a source of high-performance technology that provides a competitive edge in their project portfolio."
First Solar has supplied over 1.8GW of modules in the US Southeast to outside developers, EPC contractors, or First Solar’s own projects.
Strata Solar is said to be among the top ten solar providers in America with over 500MW of installed capacity and more than 1GW under development.
It provides project development, engineering, procurement, construction, operations, maintenance and financing solutions for solar farms.
Under a separate power purchase agreement (PPA), First Solar will sell clean electricity generated at its 119MW East Pecos solar project to Austin Energy.
Construction on the East Pecos solar project in Pecos County, Texas will begin in early 2016, with plans to begin operations later in the same year.
During the construction phase, the project will create 500 jobs.
First Solar has also reached another PPA with the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) to sell power generated at the 10.8MW Rancho Seco solar project in California.
