Statoil has agreed to buy 274 Jet-branded automated petrol stations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark from ConocoPhillips, Reuters has reported, citing the Norwegian group as its source.

Reuters quotes Statoil as saying: With this purchase, Statoil will acquire 274 new automated stations, 39 in Norway, and 72 and 163 in Denmark and Sweden respectively.

Statoil, which will have a total of 2,074 stations worldwide after this deal, has declined to comment on its future purchase plans.
