Under the terms of the agreement, SPI Solar will acquire 168.5MW of solar projects in China, including in Gansu Province, Xinjiang Region, Inner Mongolia Region and Qinghai Province.
The projects are scheduled to be connected to the grid beginning from 2014 to the end of 2015.
SPI will sign a definitive equity interest purchase agreement with TBEA Sunoasis no later than 31 March 2015, subject to the closing conditions as per the framework agreement.
