Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

The project, which is expected to be developed on around 160 acres in Imperial County, will feature about 130,000 CIS thin-film solar modules.
Depcom Power was selected to offer engineering, procurement and construction services for the project, which is expected to be operational in the first quarter of this year.
Under the 20-year power purchase agreement, the electricity generated from the facility will be supplied to the San Diego Gas & Electric Company.
In January 2010, Turner collaborated with Southern Company to develop renewable energy projects in the US.
The Calipatria project, which is the ninth solar acquisition, is said to expand the partnership’s overall solar capacity to around 340MW.
The partnership is primarily involved in developing solar photovoltaic projects in the Southwest region of the country.
