A memorandum of understanding in this regard is expected be signed with the Balochistan government, according to Pakistan Today.

The Korean firm, CX has shown its interest in putting up a project of solar energy in Quetta. Initially, a 50MW unit will be installed, and later six complexes/sub units will be gradually set up to complete 300MW.
