Solergy has unveiled their new Building Integrated CPV (BICPV) product for building rooftops, greenhouses and agriculture, following a memorandum of understanding signed between the company and Azienda Agricola Ciccolella.

Solergy will integrate a 105kW Cogen BICPV system in Ciccolella’s greenhouses used to cultivate roses, the company said.

The two companies will also collaborate to develop the Cogen solar market for greenhouses and orchards throughout the Puglia region.

Solergy also signed a contract with Italian Civil Aviation Authority to build a combined 250kW Cogen CPV system at the Pantelleria Airport in Sicily, and the installation is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.

Azienda Agricola Ciccolella is a producer of high quality olive oil and cut roses in the Puglia region of Italy.
