The Chang Hwa Bank-led consortium also comprises Bank of Taiwan, Land Bank of Taiwan and Taipei Fubon Bank, which had oversubscribed the loan appeal by 190% to NTD5.7 billion in view of the positive outlook of the Taiwan-based company.
