Solar Integrated Roofing CEO David Massey has added Jure Roofing to the company's long list of targeted acquisitions.
With expanded sales and marketing management believes the company will grow 100 – 200% in 2016.
Jure Roofing has become a well-recognized name in the Inland Empire for over 70 years with a database of over 20,000 customers.
This acquisition will be a share exchange making Jure Roofing a subsidiary of Solar Integrated Roofing.
