The company said that revenues were $59 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2008, compared to $54.8 million in the same period of fiscal 2007, an increase of 8%, as a result of the increases in the commodity prices per gallon of petroleum products.

Revenues were $114.5 million in the first six months of fiscal 2008, as compared to $120.4 million in the same period of fiscal 2007, a decrease of 5%, primarily as a result of a decrease of 18% in gallons sold.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization and stock-based compensation (EBITDA) was a loss of $387,000 in the second quarter of fiscal 2008, as compared to a loss of $258,000 in the same period of fiscal 2007, an increase of $129,000. EBITDA showed a loss of $191,000 in the first six months in fiscal 2008, as compared to positive EBITDA of $911,000 in the same period of fiscal 2007, a decrease of $1.1 million.
