The company said the three agreements will extend for 20 years.
Currently, the three solar projects in Victorville are going through the permitting process and environmental review procedures.
The projects are expected to begin operations by the end of 2013 and each project will generate 2MW of power.
The total electricity generated by the projects is enough to power over 1,000 homes.
San Francisco based Silverado Power is a developer of utility scale solar photovoltaic ground-mounted systems.
