Resource production company Silver Falcon Mining (SFMI) has installed and commissioned the Denver floatation unit.

The floatation unit was activated using precious metal concentrate produced before Diamond Creek Mill’s annual maintenance shut down.

With the commissioning of the new unit, the company will commence floating of 35,000 tons of fine powered tailings from the gravity circuit production.

Commenting on the developments SFMI CEO Pierre Quilliam stated that the company is estimates precious metal concentrate of about 800 tons as per at its daily assays on the gravity mill feed.

"The value is expected to be around $5-6 million based on today’s gold prices. Revenues will increase," added Quilliam.

SFMI also expects to extract 90-95% of contained precious metals through the process.

"Company’s engineers believe that the unrecoverable precious metals, totaling between 5-10%, will only be that of silver," the company stated.
