The package systems consist of mobile-based, self-contained units capable of site installation and factory assembled building blocks which can be re-assembled on site and customized according to individual plant design requirements.

The company has designed the system for a range of applications ranging from the production of low salinity process water to wastewater reuse and recycle.

The fully-integrated, mobile based self-contained RO system features three main components: a safety filter, a high pressure pump and energy recovery system and a membrane array complete with motor controls and central control system.

All necessary pipes, pumps and ancillary equipment are pre-assembled into a standard overseas shipping container. However, the larger flow systems are designed in sub-assemblies at the factory and then shipped to the job site for final field assembly.

The system also consists of packaged mobile pre-treatment systems, post treatment systems and membrane Clean in Place (CIP). The system’s electric high pressure pump is controlled by a variable frequency drive controller and its energy recovery system recycles the water pressures found in the concentrate stream.
