The HRSG boilers will be erected for Alstom Power, the main engineering, procurement and construction contractor to RWE npower.
Shaw said that it has installed gas-turbine equipment totaling 9,000MW in the last 15 years in the UK, and has worked with Alstom on more than 40 projects in the country.
Shaw chairman, president and CEO JM Bernhard Jr said that the company continues to provide its clients with quality equipment as they move forward with new combined-cycle projects.
Shaw provides engineering, construction, technology, fabrication, remediation and support services for clients in the energy, chemicals, environmental, infrastructure and emergency response industries.
