ServicePower has signed a contract with E.ON UK Property Services, a division of E.ON UK, to provide a complete managed service for its home energy services business which offers inspection, maintenance and repair of domestic heating systems.

According to ServicePower, the project is expected to be worth over GBP4m in revenues over three years.

ServicePower said that it will be working with key industry partners to deliver and manage E.ON’s information and communications systems, which comprise a complete system including call center and help desk technology systems, scheduling, dispatch, hosting, and mobile field solutions such as GPS and mobile communications.

Adrian Harvey, managing director of E.ON UK Property Services, said: What was most attractive to us was that through ServicePower we could contract with a single partner for the delivery of a turnkey information and communications technology solution.

Mark Duffin, CEO of ServicePower, said: This is a significant project for us and we have succeeded in drawing together all of our partners’ expertise to deliver a great service solution to E.ON. Implementation has already started and we aim to provide a fully live system in April 2009.
