The largest contract was for 14 Senvion MM82 turbines, totaling 28.7MW, which will be installed at the Penmanshiel wind farm developed by Renewable Energy Systems (RES).

Located near Granthouse in the Scottish Borders, the wind farm will generate enough energy for over 20,000 homes.

Pre-construction works have recently begun on site and the project is expected to be completed in autumn 2016. A 20-year service contract has also been signed for the development.

Under the second contract, Senvion will supply three 3.4M104 10.2MW turbines for Reaps Moss wind farm that is being developed by InfraRed Capital Partners.

Located east of Bacup in East Lancashire, the wind farm will generate enough energy for more than 5,000 homes.

Installation is due to start in summer 2015 and a 20-year ISP service contract has also been signed.

The third contract with John Laing requires Senvion to deliver seven MM82 14.35MW turbines for the New Albion wind farm in Northamptonshire,

The wind farm will generate enough electricity for over 7,600 homes. The deal includes a 15-year service contract.

Pre-construction works have already started and installation of the wind turbines is expected to commence in January 2015 with the project planned to be fully operational by January 2016.

Under the fourth contract with Broadview Energy, Senvion will deliver five MM92 10.25MW turbines for Watford Lodge wind farm located near Daventry, Northamptonshire.

The wind farm will produce enough energy for more than 5,000 homes. Construction is due to start in the summer 2015 with planned completion in autumn of the same year.

Senvion said it will also provide maintenance services for 15 years.
