Mr Ronan, who will relocate to the company’s Tulsa headquarters from Boston, will oversee SemGroup’s treasury, cash management and credit functions. His prior experience includes 14 years as managing director at Bank of America, Boston, and its predecessors Fleet Boston Financial and Bank Boston.
Michael Brochetti, who previously served as senior vice president of finance, will serve as CFO of SemGroup Energy Partners.
