Schneider Power Inc. (Schneider Power), a Canada based renewable energy company, has appointed Jeremy Rakusin to the board of directors. Rakusin is currently a vice president and portfolio manager at Trapeze Capital Corporation, where he is responsible for co-managing the LionRock managed equity portfolio. Previously, he worked in investment banking for nine years, including as a director in Mergers & Acquisitions with Merrill Lynch & Co.
Rakusin commenced his career as a corporate and securities lawyer at Goodmans. Rakusin earned a joint LLB and MBA from the University of Toronto and is also a holder of the CFA designation.
