Neptune plant located in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, US is cryogenic natural gas processing plant that has a capacity to process 650 million cubic feet per day.
The processing plant provides services for producers into multiple onshore and offshore gas pipeline systems including TransCanada Offshore (ANR), Acadian, Columbia Gulf Transmission, Nautilus and Sea Robin – East (Trunkline) pipelines.
Samchully Asset Management chief investment officer DH Kim said the company has acquired interest in Neptune gas processing plant as a part of its strategy to invest in North American energy.
"We look forward to expanding our North American footprint by continuing to explore midstream and upstream opportunities within the region," Kim added.
Enterprise Gas Processing, an affiliate of Enterprise Products Partners owning the remaining 66% stake in the plant is the operator of the facility.
